          Note: This category is to be used to indicate circumstances classifiable to
           E960-E968 as the cause of death or disability from late effects, which
           are themselves classifiable elsewhere. The "late effects" include
           conditions reported as such, or occurring as sequelae one year or more
           after injury purposely inflicted by another person.
           LEGAL INTERVENTION (E970-E978)
          Includes: injuries inflicted by the police or other law-enforcing agents,
           including military on duty, in the course of arresting or
           attempting to arrest lawbreakers, suppressing disturbances,
           maintaining order, and other legal action
           legal execution
          Excludes: injuries caused by civil insurrections (E990-E999)
